A 7-week journey - exploring your directions, interconnections and the symbols that guide you.

The medicine wheel we carry is a wheel of intersections, traditions and

interconnections - places of intimacies. A place to find space to let go of the old and

more importantly this is space about the possibilities .

Each week we will work with the mo'olelo of each direction - find the story that ignites or

inspires us - and we together enter the ‘HA’ the Hawaiian breath of life - to burn away

and make new.

Join Kanaka Maoli sisters Laurel and Kalyanni as they guide you emotionally, spiritually & cognitively through the Medicine Wheel over 7 consecutive Sundays commencing June 19th.

7 Directions of the Medicine Wheel is a group course of breathwork and somatic embodiment, interwoven with therapeutic processes for you to find your way home.
